Vendor agrees and undertakes that:

(a) it shall obtain and maintain, all necessary licenses, certifications and consents and comply with
any applicable rules, guidelines, regulations, directives or any laws which may be applicable in relation to its provision of the Services;

(b) it shall not make any warranty or representation whatsoever in relation to the Services which may bind LYPL or render LYPL liable in any way whatsoever; and

(c) it has full title and authority to enter into this Agreement and is not bound by any previous agreement that adversely affects this Agreement.
