Refund Policy

LHWY International Pte. Ltd. refund policy is set out as follows: (a) Courses and Programmes: You shall be entitled to a full refund of fees paid by you provided that you give at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the date of the course / programme (as the case may be).

In the event of over-subscription, participants who did not manage to secure participation in the course shall have their course fees fully refunded. Subject to availability, participants may request in writing to LHWY International Pte Ltd to be transferred to the next available course.

Programme and Retreat Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

Upon successful registration, you are deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. Once your registration is successful, a confirmation email will be sent 8 to you via the contact details provided by you. If you choose not to participate in, attend at or access the Services, you shall not be entitled to any refund.

You acknowledge that LHWY International Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or to make any amendments (date and/or time) to any of its courses and programmes. In the event of any cancellation by LHWY International Pte Ltd, participants will be entitled to full refund.

In the event that LHWY International Pte Ltd (for any reason whatsoever) is unable to conduct any of its courses / programmes as scheduled, LHWY International Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the same to an alternative date.
