Instructions:

1. Device-Browser Compatibility: This is powered by Google Forms. iPhone users using Safari browser will need to do Recaptcha check before submission. (Scroll up to Top of Page if you see a grey screen after tapping ‘Submit’). 
2. Passing Score: Admin will release your score to your email after a simple review. The passing score is 60%, or 18 out of 30 questions.
3. Time Limit: You have 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
