JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Description & Requirements

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals and renewals by seeking new business prospects through contacting and developing relationships with prospective customers. Sales Executive will act as a first point of contact for the company. Primary responsibility will be to build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and individuals, consultatively recommending integrated solutions to them to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and drive new client acquisition for LHWY’s products and services
  2. Qualify leads from different sources as viable sales opportunities
  3. Prospect new business and clients
  4. Create informative presentations; presenting the company and delivering information to prospective clients
  5. Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and renewals
  6. Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing leads
  7. Identify client requirements and suggest them with suitable products/services
  8. Come up with customised product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction
  9. Establish long-term relationships with the clients
  10. Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively
  11. Keep updated about the latest business trends
  12. Update and submit reports to CEO on weekly sales results

Requirements:

  1. Good experience in sales
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Bilingual
  4. Able to think out the box and create methods for implementation
  5. Self-Motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and positive work attitude
  6. Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics
  7. Expected to work on weekends
